The LANA EFB is a brush fleshing machine, with which also hint- and front paws
are being fleshed, as well as the back part. It can be used for open and round skins.
The stainless steel brushes are mounted on a rotating cylinder , and can be removed
relative easily (brushes are single segments with widths 30 mms) . The skin is getting
pressed against the fleshing brushes with a rubber fabric by means of a foot pedal .
This ensures a save work flow with different kinds of skins.
The fleshings leave the machine at the back side via a slide sheet metal. The built-in
watersprinkling device cleans the brushes with water, which is running directly on the
top of the cylinder.
The LANA EFB is available in a working width of 300 and 600 mms.
Operation of the machine is very easy and simple.
Capacity: approx. 150 mink skins or 50 fox skins per hour.
