KICKING MACHINE LANA KM

The LANA KM is a complete redesigned kicking machine, which is perfectly suited for all kinds of fur skins for fulling leather softening oil. In cooperation with tanning specialists, the machine now is optimized regarding mechanical elements, the drive concept and longevity. The machine operates after the stamping principle, by which the addition of mois-ture, warmth and pressure results a fulling effect. The special design of the tub and the beating arms realizes a permanent circulation of the skins. The solid construction allows a high capacity (approx. 800 male skins) and a safe operating. The wash stocks and the tub are made out of stainless steel. This guaran-tees a perfect work flow and a long durability. To make loading and unloading more comfortable, the front lid can be opened. On special request the speed of the wash stocks can be adjusted with a potenti-ometer by means of a frequency converter.
