A versatile combing machine for short, medium, and
high wool lamb- and sheepskins, as model PT/Z-K for
short and medium wool lamb- and sheepskins (combing
drum with closed card clothing) and as model PT/Z-H
for high wool lamb- and sheepskins (interval card
clothing).
Skins pass towards the combing drum on a feeding belt
and automatically return to the operator through a
roller draw-off device; it is not necessary to take
them off manually.
Model PT/ZA is equipped with an outlet belt instead
of a sliding guide, model PT/ZP is equipped additionally
with a pneumatic pull-back of the feeding table.
The continuously variable feeding speed allows best
adaption of the through-feed speed to the condition
of fur skins. Hourly capacity approx. 40 to 200 skins.
A foot stop switch for the combing drum prevents the
edges of the furs from tearing. It is possible as well
to reverse the feeding.
The cleaning drum is adjustable towards the combing
drum and is constantly running, thus ensuring a clean
combing drum.
A safety switching device permits safe operation during
intake of skins.
Clean working by means of the strong LANA single
suction device.
