The plucking machine LANA RP is suitable for plucking
of open and closed dressed minks.
The mink skins are pressed pneumatically to the rotating
plucking cylinder by means of a foot pedal. The plucking
cylinder is equipped with 8 inclined rubber ledges, which
are held by a squeeze device, thus enabling an easy
exchange.
The contact pressure can be adjusted by means of a gauge,
the distance to the plucking cylinder can be adjusted with
a hand wheel.
The rotating speed of the plucking cylinder is continuously
adjustable.
Loose bristly hair is sucked off by a built-in exhaustor.
