The HIGH PERFORMANCE SHEARING MACHINE LANA S16
is equipped with a fur holding suction and is suitable for shearing
all types of furskins like mink, nutria, rabbit, as well as lamb
and sheep.
The shearing cylinder is made of one piece and is equipped
with 16 concave blades. The roller bearings on both sides
ensure easy and best concentric running, resulting to a long
service life.
Together with the high quality counter blade, the shearing
cylinder is a precisely shearing instrument which can simply
be regrinded in the machine, granting best cut.
A stainless steel conveyor belt leads the fur skins retained
by a vacuum to the blades. The requested shearing height
can be regulated by a lever from 3 to 60 mms. The working
table with the built-in suction and the suction device are
also made out of stainless steel.
The conveyor belt drive is effected by a continuously variable
geared motor for optimum adaption of the feeding speed.
As special equipment to the machine, the speed of the
shearing cylinder can be varied continuously as well.
Machine is supplied with suitable LANA single suction device.
