The shearing machine LANA SD TEX offers, apart
functions like surface and grooves shearing,
by use of different templates, the shearing of
a huge quantity of closed geometrical designs.
This allows an until today not realizable
variability of surface designs of nearly all
types of material.
The intelligent control of the machine thereby
permits a completely beginningless shearing of
the samples. From 2006, the machine is equipped
with a modern CNC-Control with touch-screen.
Despite highest possible technical achievement
of the machine, it is extremely controlfriendly.
After short briefing even unskilled staff can work
on this machine.
The shearing cylinder is made of one piece and is
equipped with 16 concave blades. To-gether with the
high quality counter blade, the shearing unit is a
precisely shearing tool, which can simply be regrinded
in the machine. This combination provides a cutting
frequency of approx. 220 cuts per second and always
grants best cut.
A stainless steel conveyor belt leads the material to
the blades. The desired shearing height can be
regulated by a lever from 2 to 60 mm.
Of course we offer as accessories the complete
system for fabric run-in and run-out with
automatically synchronization of fabric tension.
The basic kit includes one template out of eight
already given patterns. Obvious, you can order
as accessories other templates with selectable
patterns.
