The new shearing machine LANA SD offers, apart all functions
in the past like service (flat) and grooves shearing, by use
of different templates, the shearing of nearly every pattern.
This allows an until today not realizable variability of
surface designs of nearly all types of furskins. In contrast
to the laser technology on the one hand no remachining is
necessary with the processed skins, and on the other hand a
clearly larger surface in substantially shorter time producible.
The basic kit includes one template out of nine (#1 - #9) already given
patterns. Obvious, you can order as accessories, other templates
with selectable patterns.
By change of speed parameters (e.g. speed of the template in the
downward movement, speed of the conveyor belt, etc.) it is
possible to achieve different patterns with one template.
The intelligent control of the machine permits thereby a
completely beginningless shearing of the samples.
The shearing cylinder is made of one piece and is equipped
with 16 concave blades. Together with the high quality
counter blade, the shearing cylinder is a precisely
shearing tool, which can simply be regrinded in the machine,
always granting best cut.
A stainless steel conveyor belt leads the furskin retained
by a vacuum to the blades. The desired shearing height can
be regulated by a lever from 2 to 60 mm. The conveyor
belt drive is effected by a continuously variable geared motor
for optimum adaption of the feeding speed.
Despite highest possible technical achievement of the machine,
it is extremely controlfriendly. After short briefing even
unskilled staff can work on this machine.
The machine is supplied with suitable LANA suction device.
