The LANA SRW TEX was developed especially for design
shearing, but also it is best suitable for surface and grooves
shearing.
From 2006, the machine is equipped with a modern CNC-Control
with touch-screen. Despite highest possible technical
achievement of the machine, it is extremely controlfriendly.
After short briefing even unskilled staff can work on this
machine.
The variability of different parameters, like
(1)conveyor belt speed,
(2)speed of slot sheet metals for waves shearing,
(3)speed of the movement of the grooves shearing device,
(4)6 different slot sheet metals,
(5)4 different curve disks,
(6)an eccentric disk which makes it possible to adjust
the horizontal movement of the slot sheet metals,
allows the shearing of a nearly endless number of
different patterns.
The parameters (1) - (3) are adjustable electronically
via touch screen, the parameters (4) - (6) are
adjustable or changeable mechanically.
The new pc control hereby makes possible two different
ways of operating the machine:
The manual and the automatic mode.
In the manual mode, all different parameters can be
set and varied.
In the automatic mode, selected designs can be realized
automatically (all parameters are already programmed).
In the combination of manual mode and automatic mode,
designs developed in the manual mode, can be stored in
the automatic mode. As a result, the different designs
are reproducible at every time.
The shearing cylinder is equipped with 16 concave blades.
Together with the high quality counter blade, the shearing
cylinder is a precisely shearing tool, which can simply be
regrinded in the machine. This combination provides a
cutting frequency of approx. 220 cuts per second and
always grants best cut.
A stainless steel conveyor belt leads the material to
the blades. The desired shearing height can be
regulated by a lever from 5 to 60 mm.
In the extent of delivery are six different slot
sheet metals, which can be installed depending upon
desired sample.
Of course we offer as accessories the complete
system for fabric run-in and run-out with
automatically synchronization of fabric tension.
