The LANA SRW is especially for design shearing, but
also best suitable for surface and groove shearing
for mink, rabbit and other furs, as well as for
lamb- and sheep skins.
The variability of different parameters, like conveyor
belt speed, groove shearing device, movement of the
wave shearing device, as well as 6 different templates,
allows the shearing of a not countable number of different
patterns.
The shearing cylinder is made of one piece and is equipped
with 16 concave blades. Together with the high quality
counter blade, the shearing cylinder is a precisely
shearing tool, which can simply be regrinded in the machine,
always granting best cut.
A stainless steel conveyor belt leads the furskin retained
by a vacuum to the blades. The desired shearing height can
be regulated by a lever from 5 to 60 mm. The conveyor
belt drive is effected by a continuously variable geared motor
for optimum adaption of the feeding speed.
Despite highest possible technical achievement of the machine,
it is extremely controlfriendly. After short briefing even
unskilled staff can work on this machine.
In the extent of delivery are six different slot sheet metals,
which are installed depending upon desired sample.
The machine is supplied with suitable LANA suction device.
